Comparación con adverbios en inglés

COMPARATIVO

1. Igualdad: as + adverbio + as indica que una persona hace algo igual que otra.

He walked as quickly as me

2. Superioridad: more + adverbio + than. Si el adverbio es corto lo forma con la terminación er, siguiendo las mismas reglas ortográfica que los adjetivos.

You speak English more fluently than I do
Susan arrived earlier than Jenny

3. Inferioridad: less + adverbio + than.

I see Brian less often than David

SUPERLATIVO

Los adverbios largos lo suelen formar con the most / least, y los cortos añadiendo est.

The engine works the most efficiently in witnter
Jerry arrived the earliest of all the students
